Paul is a fantastic chef and creates wonderful food. Good communication beforehand and on arrival he just got on with it. The dining room was transformed into a private restaurant and Charles (waiter) provided great service - we could just enjoy our celebrations with no worries. The food was fabulous 'melt in the mouth' - both high quality and quantity. Kitchen was left spotless. I would highly recommend Paul - a great choice.

Chris communicated with us in detail before the event, he arrived on time, provided us with lovely meals for the meat eaters and the vegans, and cleared up completely before he left. What more could you want? He easily coped with a strange kitchen and he was particularly skilled in joining in the conversation when required and disappearing into the background so he wasn't intrusive. Ingredients were top quality and we particularly enjoyed the canapes and lobster. We would definitely use him

From first engagement to the night itself, Kit was extremely professional. The night exceeded expectations; the food was amazing, and Kit made it look effortless all the while engaging even showing us how to cook scallops properly. A night and meal to remember - can’t recommend him more highly.

We were lucky enough to find Ella whilst on a family holiday in Cornwall. Ella was Fantastic from the off and designed a very thoughtful and interesting 3 course menu for our group (which included vegan dishes for two of us) the food was delicious and Ella is very warm and engaging and put a lot care and attention into her dishes which were beautifully presented. We would highly recommend Ella.

We cannot recommend Chef Moira highly enough! She was incredibly talented and punctual. During planning, she answered every question promptly and with care. She prepared 4 delicious lunches and 3 fantastic dinners featuring a wide variety of cuisines, all flavorful, beautifully presented, and restaurant-quality. Chef left the kitchen sparkling after each meal. She took our daughter’s celiac disease very seriously, meticulously avoiding cross-contamination without sacrificing flavor. Book her!!
