Second time we’ve booked Chef Fouad (Fred) and once again the experience exceeded our expectations. Our party of 14 enjoyed a huge Greek mezze full of flavour and beautifully presented - so much food we had enough for the second day!! We’ve already plans to book him again as have several of our guests.

Tom was amazing from start to finish. It was great and easy deciding the menu with him. He also have fantastic wine recommendations. We really enjoyed speaking with him and the food was incredible. Couldn’t recommend more

Terrence was absolutely amazing! The Italian food was incredible- some of the best pasta I've eaten. Terrence was very attentive and friendly from the start, providing menu options and talking me through the dinner plans, and then looking after us all at our meal. I would highly recommend Terrence!

From the very first contact that we made with Mathew he went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that the meal he put together for my partners 30th birthday celebration was nothing short of exceptional. He was super communicative on the lead up & when he and his wife arrived to the house for the meal everything was seamless from end to end - the food & service was ABSOLUTELY five star. Honestly couldn't fault a thing or recommend enough, HIRE MATHEW for your special occasion!

Chef Michael made our son's first birthday BBQ a huge success. Everything was delicious, especially the potato salad and cornbread. The bonus deviled eggs were a hit too—Mike, add them to the menu! His professionalism stood out; he took complete control of the kitchen so we could enjoy our guests. Special thanks to Annie as well. They cooked, cleaned, and left everything spotless. We can't wait to book Mike again and see even more of his culinary talent. Truly a stress-free experience.

Chef Dwayne did an amazing job for my husband's 40th birthday. All my husband wanted was a private chef, ideally in the sushi realm, but he'd given up looking. I'd never hired a private chef before, especially in a smaller city, so I was thrilled to find Chef Dwayne. He took my all-over-the-place prompt and came back with three great menu options. Everything was absolutely killer, beautifully presented, and spreading the three courses into smaller bites made the night feel even more decadent.

We couldn't recommend Ed highly enough. He catered our intimate wedding for 15 guests and was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and created a menu around our favourite dishes. The fresh pasta was incredible, everything ran seamlessly, and he even brought extra help at no additional cost. We had so much confidence in him that we booked him to cook Sunday lunch too.
