We chose Chef Fouad's menu as he offered a great selection of vegetarian dishes which we wanted for our surprise event (60th birthday). All our guests were blown away by the menu and each dish was simply delicious to eat and beautifully presented. Fouad was very attentive and meticulous with his presentation and service, we would highly recommend him. 10/10, thank you so much Fouad for a wonderful experience!

Chef Guilherme was incredible. He stepped in last minute when our first chef sadly had to cancel, and cooked the menu we’d agreed. It was so so delicious, such a treat! Thanks Chef!
