Excellent afternoon tea event, set up exactly as we requested. Lots of compliments on the food and all of our parties allergies were catered for excellently. Hannah was polite and lovely!

Chef Tiffany cooked for my daughter’s 40th birthday at Ashmans Hall in Beccles. Every course was delicious and we particularly liked the pre-dessert. Would definitely recommend.

Chef David arrived punctual and was very friendly and polite and left everything spotless … the food was wonderful! We keep talking about his dessert two days on… I would definitely recommend him!

Shaloma was amazing. I booked her for a dinner party with friends for my birthday. She gave me a wide range of food options to choose from in my budget and the food was absolutely delicious. Shaloma also printed birthday menus and made the whole meal feel like a special occasion. Thank you Shaloma!

Our evening was absolutely wonderful for all that attended. The whole service from start to end from Christian was faultless and we look forward to doing it all again!

Stoyan’s food was amazing. It was way beyond my expectations. Truly superb. He worked quietly and efficiently in an open kitchen, so on show the whole time. He cleared up and cleaned everything well leaving no trace that dinner had been prepped and served for 22 guests. Thank you Stoyan.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the chef we hired for a recent birthday party through your service. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the Michelin-star quality that Chef Victor’s profile claimed to offer and I feel that the quality of the food provided was far below what was expected. Firstly, the dim sum that was served was clearly not dim sum. It did not resemble traditional dim sum in either appearance or taste, which was a major letdown for us and our guests. Instead we were served spring rolls, samosas and chicken skewers. Additionally, the black cod served was not to standard and appeared to be packet fish that could easily be found in a supermarket. This was completely unacceptable for the price we paid and expectations set considering we eat better quality cod at home. We have all had black cod and dim sum at reputable Asian restaurants, and this simply did not resemble any of that. Furthermore, to make matters worse, four members of our party experienced food poisoning after the event. This is a serious concern, and we are very disappointed that such a situation occurred. I did reach out to your customer service team and was informed that I needed to file the complaint by 12 pm the next day. However, I believe this policy is unreasonable, as food poisoning symptoms typically don't manifest immediately. The situation only became clear to us after some time had passed. That said, I do want to acknowledge that Chef Victor was very nice throughout the event, and his demeanor was professional and friendly. However, considering the severity of the issues – subpar food quality and health concerns due to food poisoning – I request a prompt and appropriate resolution. I hope you can understand the frustration and distress caused by these issues, and I trust you will take this matter seriously.

We hired Mike to attend my friends surprise 30th weekend in a Manor House in Norfolk. He had a huge range of different menus to choose from and was very helpful when booking. He was also very accommodating for vegans in the group. We enjoyed the food that Mike made but thought the portion sizes were a little small for dessert. The mousse had also liquidised on the journey which was unfortunate. Overall we were pleased with the experience
