Jessica catered for our hen party of 11. There were plenty of menu options to choose from and all dietary requirements catered for. Jessica communicated well in the lead up to the event and was really friendly and professional. Food was amazing - all local produce and cooked perfectly, we all loved it. The kitchen was also left absolutely immaculate!

Chef Toby and his wife Laura were superb! They arrived promptly on time, explained their process and quite happy to answer any (many!) questions about the food and Chef Toby’s experiences. The food was absolutely delicious, well portioned and played beautifully. Chef Toby made a real effort to engage our 3 year old in the process which was lovely and really appreciated. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more - a great way to celebrate my parents 70th birthdays!

>Starter: - Charred mackerel, hung yoghurt, pickled grapes, toasted almonds and almond tuille. - Cauliflower steak, cauliflower puree, pickled cauliflower and hazelnut pesto. - Beetroot cured salmon, celeriac remoulade, pickled beets and toast. >Main: - Cod, mushroom puree, confit maitake, sea veg and oyster leaf sabayon. - Crispy pork belly, apple puree, fondant potato, charred shallot and pork cider jus. - Roast pumpkin risotto, pumpkin seed pesto, crispy sage and sage oil. >Dessert: - Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and toffee apple ice cream. - White chocolate ganache and strawberry filled choux and strawberry ice cream. - Chocolate brownie, popcorn ice cream and popcorn tuille.

Really easy to book and communicate with Lucy and so glad she could accommodate us last minute and also take into account any changes we wanted!! The food, the service and everything put together was perfect for my sisters bridal shower and we all really enjoyed the food and experience! Definitely recommend to book Lucy and we will definitely be booking her again :)

We hired Fergus for a hen party, and all 14 ladies present were very happy with the food. Fergus was professional and kind, making the experience one to remember. He cooked a range of dishes which were all presented lovely, and he catered for various dietary preferences. We couldn’t recommend Fergus more!

Tom was very accommodating with making the menu to suit our needs. He was very professional while also engaging well with guests. The food was cooked to an exceptional standard with plenty of food to go round. We were a party of four and there were leftovers. The roast chicken which was the chefs signature dish was outstanding. Overall the experience was excellent from start to finish and we would highly recommend Tom as a private chef.
