Graham prepared a wonderful 3 course meal for 15 people. He is clearly passionate about his food, how it is sourced locally and the quality of every course was exeptional; many different elements on the plates, each with distinctive and complementary flavours. All in all a wonderful experience and we cannot rate him more highly.

>Starters Cullen Skink smoked haddock, potato and onion soup with wilted spinach and a soft poached egg Deep fried short rib croquette with loaded little gem lettuce and Parmesan aioli. Pea and mint fritter with avocado guacamole, feta cheese, tomato and red onion salsa and Wirral watercress. >Mains Wild bass fillet on a bed of spring greens with a lightly curried mussel and potato broth, spiced tomato chutney and courgette and fennel bhaji Medallion of beef with beef cheek croquette, roast carrot, dauphinoise potatoes, leek and tarragon ragout and a red wine sauce. Pumpkin and sage ravioli with roasted squash, crispy sage, pumpkin seeds, tenderstem and a brown butter sauce. >Desserts Triple chocolate brownie with hot chocolate sauce and whipped vanilla cream. White chocolate and raspberry tart with macerated raspberries and a raspberry sorbet.

Scott adjusted the menu for what we needed and was prompt and chatty. The food was delicious and the guests were all very happy. I would highly recommend Scott, he was very responsive to messages and left the kitchen very clean after. Thank you so much Scott! :)

We had the pleasure of having Chef Joao cook for our family celebration, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Joao was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. He listened carefully to our requests and created a beautiful bespoke menu that suited our family’s tastes perfectly. Joao was also calm, organised and respectful in our home, leaving the kitchen spotless afterwards. Thank you, Joao, for making such an important day even more special.
