Good evening Sara,
Thank you for sending your quote request for your private dinner services for April next year. Apologies for not having sent this earlier, my diary has gone a little hectic for the past month or so.
As per the request, I am sending below a quote and suggestion for 2 days (with an option for a 3rd night) catering for 11 adults and 3 children ages 2 to 7. I have taken the liberty to prepare a 3-course meal menu suggestion and have added options for the children as well.
The quote includes all ingredients sourced locally whenever possible, prepped in our kitchen and cooked/assembled in your venue’s kitchen. It also includes an introduction to each dish and a kitchen porter that will help with serving each course to you and your guests as well as closing after the service leaving the kitchen as we found it on arrival.
Please find below a menu suggestion based on your requirements. If there are any adjustments you’d like me to make, just let me know and I’ll be happy to adapt.

Adult Menu:
Starters:
Shitake Sauce Sourdough: A freshly baked sourdough bread base, golden under the grill covered with a creamy shitake mushroom sauce and garnished with fresh pea shoots and coriander.
Mains
King Prawn Linguine: A fresh take on this Italian favourite with fresh Linguine prepared with pan-fried king prawns and chilli peppers on garlic, parsley and paprika butter and served straight to the table.
Dessert
Grand Profiterole: made from classic French choux pastry and filled with vanilla chantilly and homemade cherry compote and topped with chocolate sauce will finish the the night with a golden key
Children’s Menu:
Starters:
Garlic Bread: A freshly baked baguette infused with signature garlic, parsley and paprika butter and golden under the grill before serving
Mains:
Penne Pasta on Ragu Sauce: This is the lightest past you will have and yet still made exciting with its flavour of infused herbs and parmesan cheese.
Dessert:
Junior Profiterole: humouredly called “ice cream sandwich” by my kids this delicious French choux pastry is filled with vanilla ice cream and covered in chocolate sauce to the delight of the little ones

Starter:
Smoked Salmon Confit Salad: an exquisitely seasoned poached and smoked confit plated with plum tomatoes, capers, and lamb’s lettuce topped with spiced pickled red onion rings.
Mains:
Beef Bourguignon: This Beef Bourguignon recipe is filled with rich, red wine gravy and tender cuts of meat and vegetables for a mouthwatering meal. Served with rice and garnished with a crispy kale leaf and filo pastry on top.
Dessert:
Spring Berries Cheesecake: A melt-in-the-mouth no-bake Mixed Berry Cheesecake that's fresh and vibrant. It is topped with a sweet spring berry compote and a hint of orange.
Children’s Menu
Starter:
Fish Goujons: These delicious crusty cod strips are deep fried to perfection and served with a tomato sauce dip
Mains:
Beef Burgers: a smash burger served with cheddar slices in a soft brioche bun and chips on the side.
Dessert:
Chocolate Sandpit Mousse: a creamy chocolate mousse topped with crushed shortcrust biscuits and a mini gingerbread man to finish the ensemble.

A Taste of Brazil Menu
Adult Menu
Starters:
Churrasco no Espeto: Delicious cuts of the favourite Brazilian BBQ beef, the picanha (rump top) and chorizo served in a mini skewer garnished with farofa (toasted cassava flour) and a vinaigrette salad.
Main:
Feijoada: This feijoada recipe is my version of a traditional Brazilian black bean stew that maintains the rich smoky, flavours famous in Brazil. Served with rice, and crispy collard greens.
Dessert:
Brigadeiro: this traditional Brazilian dessert similar to bonbons is extremely scrumptious and delicious. Made with condensed milk and chocolate this is set to delight all of your guests.
Children’s Menu:
Starters:
Hotdog skewers: This children’s version of the adult skewers, garnished with tomato sauce will get their appetite going.
Mains
Pizza Margarida: A delicious version of the beloved pizza flavour topped with mozzarella, tomatoes and oregano.
Dessert
Brigadeiros: this traditional Brazilian dessert similar to bonbons is extremely scrumptious and delicious. Made with condensed milk and chocolate this is set to delight.
Please note that the quote submitted via Yhangry covers the first 2 days requested. An additional £660 is required for the addition of the Taste of Brazil menu on the 3rd day. This cost also includes all ingredients sourced locally whenever possible, prepped in our kitchen and cooked/assembled in your venue’s kitchen. It also includes an introduction to each dish and a kitchen porter that will help with serving each course to you and your guests as well as closing after the service leaving the kitchen as we found it on arrival.
