With over 9 years of experience, chef Tomas is well reputed for his expertise in Pan-Asian, European, and Middle Eastern cuisines. His passion for food led him to move to London where he started working alongside great chefs in top restaurants including Clos Maggiore and Typhoon! Inc, picking up new styles and techniques along the way. Chef Tomas loves experimenting with food as well as implementing fusion style to his dishes. He believes that food for the body isn’t enough; there must be food for the soul.
