I’m excited to share a bit about my approach as a private chef. My style focuses on a relaxed menu, with plenty of dishes designed for sharing—some people call it family-style. The traditional three-course meal isn’t really my vibe, but you’ll still have a mixture of small dishes, large dishes, sides, and of course, dessert. I believe food is at its best when it’s served fresh, so I like to bring out each dish as it’s ready. This ensures a steady stream of dishes where every bite can be enjoyed at its peak.
I work with local producers and the best of what’s in season, creating dishes that I love to cook and have tested thoroughly. This means you’re getting dishes crafted with care and passion, and that I know are truly delicious. The menu I’ve sent you is a sample only. Your menu will reflect dishes with ingredients that are at their best and in season, and I look forward to chatting through your menu further.
Though I love a roast chicken, I know you may be looking for something different (steak, lamb, pork, fish, etc.), so let me know what you have in mind. Also, if there’s an ingredient that doesn’t quite appeal to you, I’m happy to suggest alternatives.
