Oysters served with lemon and shallot vinaigrette
10L mocktail - Mojito, Pina Colada, strawberry mojito.
Burrata Caprese - Fresh Burrata served with peeled cherry tomatoes, basil and olive oil
Cheeseboard: Selection of British and European cheese served with grapes and crackers.
Course 1:
Fresh Bruschetta - Toasted bread with a mixture made of olive oil, sundried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, onions, roasted red peppers, basil and balsamic vinegar.
Beetroot Salad - Steamed beetroot seasoned with maldon salt, paprika, balsamic vinaigrette and guacamole.
Tomato salad - Peeled cherry tomatoes seasoned with maldon salt, espelette pepper, brunoise shallots, spring onions and lime zest. Served with a seasoned tomato concasse and buratta.
Chicken Satay - Chicken marinated with coconut milk and lemongrass, served with a homemade peanut dipping sauce
Fresh Summer Rolls - Colourful, crunchy veggies, herbs and vermicelli noodles with a peanut dressing, wrapped delicately in rice paper
Course 2:
Shakshuka - eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce served with bread.
Grilled Haloumi served with a harissa sauce
Creamed Spinach with Gruyere cheese
Steak tartar - Diced steak marinated in brandy, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk, capers, cornijons, piquilo peppers.
Salt and Pepper Garlic prawns - grilled salt and peppers garlic prawns served with grilled peppers
Tempura Prawns served with spring onions, chilli, and a chilli mayo.
Hammachi Ceviche - Diced Japanese Yellow tail seasoned with maldon salt, espelette pepper, chives and calamansi dressing served with a homemade guacamole
Salt and pepper squid - grilled salt and pepper squid served with grilled peppers and sweet chilli sauce.
Korean Fried chicken wings - Korean style chicken wings marinated in a sweet and sour sauce served with chives and sesame seeds.
Course 3:
Mushroom rigatoni - pasta with Chef Samms renowned creamy mushroom base, served with a protein of choice
Linguini con fruitti di mare - Linguini tomato pasta with white wine and a mixture of seafood, prawns, mussels, clams and squid
Spaghetti Pomodoro - A classic Italian tomato and basil pasta served with a your choice of protein, top with a ball of mozzarella cheese.
Lamb Ragu with Pappardelle
Thai pad thai - Stir-fried noodles with eggs, been sprouts a choice of protein and peanuts.
Guaytiew Pad Kee Mao - Flat noodles with garlic, Green beans, Thai basil and fresh chillies
Course 4:
Grilled lamb chops - Lamb chops grilled with teriyaki glaze served with salsa verde mashed potato and stir fry vegetables.
Sea bass al forno - Pan seared sea bass finished in the oven with a lemon drizzle. Served with roast potatoes, spinach and mushroom sauce.
Roasted Lamb served with a lamb jus, roast potatoes, minted peas and broccoli.
Thai Green curry with chicken - Creamy flavourful curry with tender chicken, bamboo shoots, eggplant and bell peppers served with jasmine rice.
Japanese teriyaki Salmon - Marinated salmon fillet grilled to perfection, glazed with a teriyaki sauce. Served with brown rice and a side of edamame.
Ribeye steak - Served with grilled asparagus, salsa verde mashed potato and a choice mushroom, bearnaise or peppercorn sauce.
Course 5:
Pistachio Milk Cake
Mango Sticky rice - sticky rice with coconut milk served with mangoes.
Desiccated coconut with condensed milk served with coconut ice cream
Lemon Posset - A creamy zesty delight served in a lemon
