I am a self-taught and passionate chef specialised in Asian cookery and bakery, born in UK with Hong Kong roots. Always my happiest self when in a kitchen, I started cooking from a very young age - my first signature dish being an apple pizza from my first cookbook aged 7!
Since then I have cooked, baked and eaten my way across the world (both physically and through my dishes), although always firmly defaulting to the authentic Chinese food I was brought up eating.
I currently run a home-based Oriental takeaway and catering business, and teach at an Asian cookery school in London. My personal mission is to share the authentic flavours, ingredients, techniques and health benefits of traditional Chinese cuisine with others, while spreading joy and connection over good food and company.
