Beef Brisket: We marinate our Brisket in a secret rub and smoke the meat for 18 hours. We then cut the brisket into slices which can be enjoyed on their own or in a sandwich
Beef Short Rib: We use large beef short ribs which are marinated in our secret rub and smoked for 18 hours. The short ribs fall off the bone and cut into chunks which can be enjoyed solo or in a sandwich
Pulled Pork: We use Boston Butt (Shoulder) which is marinated in our secret rub and smoked for 18 hours. Once done, the meat is pulled apart and served in a brioche sandwich along with a homemade sauce and coleslaw
Grilled Veg (V): A mixture of peppers, red onions and mushrooms are marinated in a simple rub and grilled
Mac & Cheese (V): Macaroni smothered in a thick gooey cheese sauce and baked over with breadcrumbs and cheeses
Coleslaw (V): Homemade American style slaw
Potato Salad (V): Homemade classic potato salad
