Chef Ron has more than 20 years of experience serving at elegant fine dining restaurants such as Le Gavroche, Mayfair (3 Michelin Stars), Rhodes 24 (1 Michelin Star) and Chez Bruce (1 Michelin Star). He has also worked with corporate HNW clients as the Head Chef for Morgan Stanley, Chef Consultant at LVMH (Louis Vuitton’s parent company) and a Chef for AMEX’s Centurion concierge service. Now a full-time private chef, Ron works with local producers to showcase menus with a classic and modern approach and has built up a loyal fan base of London Footballers, as well as many a Lords and Ladys. His menus are focused around British and Modern European flavours, presented beautifully on the plate without feeling stuffy.
