Born in the West Midlands, Richard Johnson is a highly skilled and experienced private chef with a passion for creating unique and delicious culinary experiences. After moving to Suffolk at the age of 15 to pursue a career in the culinary arts, he honed his skills at Seckford Hall and Thornbury Castle, where he was part of the team that earned three rosettes and cooked for celebrities and catered for major corporate events. He then ventured to France, where he took the reins at Les Fontaines and quickly made it the best-rated restaurant in the 11th district. He went on to work at the luxurious 5-star hotel-restaurant Bains, under talented chef Michaël Riss and Michelin Star executive chef Phillip Labbé, before expanding his culinary horizons in Aix-en-Provence. Now, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Richard Johnson is eager to share his passion for fine dining with luxury clients, ensuring they enjoy a truly one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
