In Japan he taught French cuisine and developed his Asian-French fusion style of cooking. Philippe has lived in London for the past 20 years where he has worked for High Table and Avenance. He was running his own catering department at a prestigious law firm. An ambitious cook, he enjoys the challenge of creating dishes which will leave a lasting impression.
