Coming from Turkey, Chef Mehmet's passion for cooking started at an early age. He grew up in a farmer's family which is why he is very particular about sourcing fresh ingredients and using seasonal products in kitchens. After working at Çırağan Palas Kempinki, İstanbul, he travelled around European countries such as Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Germany and Ireland - to enjoy diverse cuisines. He has interned at the reknowned San Sebastián Bodegon restaurant. An innovating chef who has picked up new styles and techniques from across Europe, Chef Mehmet is well known for his expertise in Mediterranean and French Cuisine.
