Passionate about all things food, Chef Mark first put on the apron as a private chef over eight years ago as a side hustle. He taught himself how to cook by watching culinary competitions, and videos, and following cookbooks. That's how he honed his dreams of being a chef for over 30 years. He exclusively uses fresh local produce and credits that to the elevated flavours of his dishes. He earlier experimented with tasting menus and curated beautiful fine dining dishes, which were appreciated extensively by clients. Currently, he is experimenting with casual-style food, taking inspiration from Mexican and Indian cuisines (think Dishoom). He also curates themed menus for events, be it Mexican, Italian, etc. Apart from private dining, he has done numerous restaurant pop-ups, and had the chance to cook for Heston Blumenthal on TV. Cooking and sharing his passion for food with people was a dream, which then turned into an intense hobby and passion, and now is a full-blown career for chef Mark, and every event he does is special. His signature is a 'wow' factor that he likes to create for every event. A foodie at heart, he's an expert at understanding the needs of other foodie clients.
