He was part of the team at 3 Michelin Star restaurant: Chef Arnaud Lallement's L'Assiette Champenoise, when it received its third Michelin Star in 2014. He then went on to become the private chef to Disney's CEO Bob Iger before helping launch two Disney cruise ships with restaurants ranging from Michelin-level fine dining to delicious trendy bites.
