Maria is a plant based chef and baker with background in vegan nutrition. For last decade she has been working for popular vegetarian kitchens across London. Before pandemic she taught vegan cookery classes with VIVA Las Vegan! and offered menu development as well as catering work for Hackney Film Studios and private clients in West London. She likes to use seasonal and local produce and her biggest flavour inspiration comes from Yotam Ottolenghi and Southeastern Asian cuisine.
