I’m a London-based chef, best known for serving HNW families as a personal chef and for popular supper clubs. My family is Greek and food is a major part of our culture. I’ve cooked across Europe, honing my skills in Spain and France, and Italy. My style of cooking is classic European with a modern twist, and range from creating formal dinner party-style menus to brunch platters, cocktail parties and special occasion menus. I've spent the last ten years cooking for private clients in their homes across London. I also hosted my own Supper Club, catering for between 6-20 people, covering a range of cuisines. In the last 5 years, I've also catered for major event parties, including 30th birthdays, baby showers and christenings. Through my bakery business, I have made bespoke wedding cakes and celebration cakes that I've delivered to the clients. Apart from cooking, I love travelling, going to gigs and buying vinyl.
