Chef Keith has had a star-studded career of over 40 years in the hospitality industry. Early on in his career, he was a finalist on Masterchef, back when Lloyd Grossman was the host. Over the years he has had the most noteworthy list of clients such as Madonna, Tom Ford, Naomi Campbell, Tony Blair, Dame Judy Dench and the list goes on. He developed meals for athletes participating in Tour De France, worked at Michelin-starred establishments such as The River Cafe and was sous chef to Rowley Leigh. He opened his own restaurant in 2013 in South Coast, which was featured in the Michelin Guide, which he later sold due to personal illness, Most recently he was Head Chef for Sir Christopher Anthony Hohn KCMG, British Billionaire and philanthropist.
