Kannan is a literal culinary genius! With over 2 decades, he began as a Chef De Partie at the Esporta Riverside Club and rose through the ranks to be head chef and has worked at many prestigious establishments such as Thistle Trafalgar Square, Kensignton park and palace, Baxter & Plattes, Langham Hilton (5 Star), Thistle Westminster (5 Star), Bloomsbury Park (3 Star). At present, he is currently Head Chef at International Hall. He works magic in a range of cuisines including Indian, Continental, Thai, Mexican, French, Pastry, Roasting and Grilling, Pasta and Pizzas. Passionate about the food he cooks, he is an absolute joy to have around especially because he brings along oh- so delicious food!
