Originally a native of Kerry, Ireland chef John had a keen interest in food from a young age. Over the course of his professional career, he has extended his skills at various 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants including the prestigious Cliff House Hotel (One Michelin Star), the Peacock at Rowsley, a 3AA rosette Hotel - to name a few. He is now a Newbury-based professional with experience across the industry working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the UK and Ireland. He prides himself on being able to bring his culinary skills and knowledge on a personal level now, with the flavours of home at the heart of the dining experience he provides.
