Brought up in New York City, Jasmin has a Japanese-Peruvian background. It's this that inspired her cooking with her love of Japanese cuisine being the driving force behind each of her dishes. Jasmin is most passionate about working with seafood - especially fish. With so many flavours and techniques, she can use her creativity to create inspired menus and delight guests. Her favourite part about being a chef is in the very moment of service when her and her team work as one, in tune with each other to deliver the highest standard.
