Good Afternoon,
I am focused on providing you with a dining experience that’s memorable for its perfect planning, attention to detail and exciting cuisine, enjoyed from the first bite to the last with an incredibly experienced and passionate team with ability to deliver fantastic events.
I have been an event chef for 25 years - starting my career in 5* hotels and working as head chef for a number of top caterers.
I have won a number of awards including caterer of the year, best business, sustainability and innovator awards.
I use the best seasonal produce from quality suppliers combined with beautiful service equipment to produce the tastiest dishes tailored for you.
We include linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware - so I set the table and bring all the cooking equipment and you can relax and enjoy, I even clean it all up too!
