A finalist on Masterchef the Professionals, Daniel has earned his stripes in the industry. He was awarded the Bib Gourmand 2021. Previously the head chef at Volta do Mar, a Portuguese restaurant in London, he has worked in the industry since 2012. His food shows his flare for creativity, imagining dishes that shake up the norm.
Daniel’s favourite place to be is in a home kitchen. There’s something about the setting of a meal that changes how it is enjoyed. His eye for detail means he sees the whole dining experience as one concept, with every part feeding into the enjoyment of it all.
