Chef Daniel is an experienced chef, having been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. He began at the heart of London in Greens Restaurant, St James. Over the next 25 years, he went on to work at some iconic London venues like Searcy’s Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, The Carlton Club, The Wolesley, Piccadilly, 30 Euston Square and Jamie's Italia. He is currently Executive Head Chef at JP Morgan and keeps busy with private dining events. Passionate about all things food, he especially cares about the culture of sustainability and using plant-based protein. In the kitchen, he is a perfectionist working on simple, clean, uncomplicated, bold flavours. He brings along his experience and passion to private dining events to create carefully tailored menus, taking into account minute details and the needs of every guest at the table. The life of cooking is one he loves and it is a joy to experience, be it cooking with him or being served by him.
