Chef Cosimo started cooking as a child, coming from a long line of chefs, growing up in a family where food was central. He began working professionally at the age of 13, in his uncle's restaurant in Italy, moving to England by thr age of 17. In England, he expanded his knowledge of other cuisines and techniques and by the age of 25, Cosimo achieved a significant milestone of opening his own restaurant with his brother. After working on it for close to a decade, Cosimo moved on to exclusive dinner parties and catering, giving him time for his family and the opportunity to work closely with clients. Cooking, creating dishes and sharing it with people is Chef Cosimo's primary passion and he believes he will continue doing it forever if it were up to him.
