Culinary Delights: A Fusion of Flavors

Menu Flexibility

• I don't have a set menu, but I can give you plenty of options, and a variety of cuisines.

• These items below are the top sellers and previous clients' favorites.

• You can have ANY items you like, from ANY cuisine that I have a broad knowledge of, not just the ones listed below.

Thai Cuisine Selections

• Thailand:

• Pineapple fried rice - green curry spices, Li Hing Mui Pineapple, stir fried veggies

• Cucumber salad - gochugaru, shaved red onion, cilantro chili vinaigrette, cool and refreshing with a little kick

• Shrimp lettuce wraps - Toasted sweet coconut, chilies, cilantro, lime, roasted peanut, local lettuces

Cajun/Creole Cuisine Options

• Cajun/ Creole:

• Jambalaya - holy trinity, garlic, green onion. Cajun spiced up just right. Your choice of roasted vegetables (vegetarian), herb roasted chicken, andouille sausage and or shrimp

• Gumbo - dark roux, sassafrass. Same options as jambalaya. Served with jasmine rice

• Red beans and rice - local herbs, holy trinity, vegetarian, vegan or with andouille sausage over jasmine rice.

Cajun Delight

• Shrimp Remoulade - Cajun spiced shrimp, Chef's homemade NOLA remoulade.

Italian Appetizers

• Meatballs ( bitesize) - overnite tomato gravy, Pecorino Romano, with sliced ciabatta.

• Roasted cherry tomato crostini - pistachio pesto and fig balsamico.

• Cherry tomato and whole milk mozzarella (bitesize) - pistachio pesto, fig balsamico and ciabatta.

• Roasted 6 vegetable lasagna - Garlicky besciamela (white sauce), four cheeses, old world Italian preparation.

Korean Flavors

• Pork belly bites - soy braised, unctuous & tender, with gochujang maple glaze

• Kimchi fried rice - NC Kimchi, broccoli, carrots, scrambled egg, Furikake

• Korean "BBQ" mushrooms - braised with a blend of gochugaru, soy, molasses & brown sugar.

• Romaine and Savoy Cabbage slaw - crisp and light with carrots, red onion, cilantro and a sesame-ginger-orange vinaigrette

Modern American Appetizer

• Antipasto- grazing table with an assortment of sliced meat, cheeses, nuts, olives, fresh fruit, homemade pickles & jam, seasonal accoutrement.

Classic American Comfort Food

• Cheeseburger sliders.

• Chicken fingers with BBQ and honey mustard

• Buffalo wings - celery & carrot sticks, ranch and blue cheese.(or BBQ, Hot Honey, Mild, Medium or Hot)

• Macaroni and cheese - cavatappi pasta, homemade super velvety Asiago, Smoked Gouda, Cheddar and Fontina cheese sauce

Latin American Inspired Dishes

• Central/ South America -

• Taco bar - Argentinian style chicken, steak, Adobo pulled pork or grilled vegetables.

• Cabbage and Carrot slaw, herbs, citrus honey vinaigrette

• Oaxacan black beans - onions, cilantro, lime & Cotija cheese

• Mexican rice - Smoked paprika, turmeric, salsa Rojo 

Condiment Options

• Choice of condiments: Pico de Gallo, cilantro - onion relish, shredded cheeses, red/green salsa or chimichurri.

Social Responsibility

• I'm an advocate for no kid hungry / ending world hunger / mental illness awareness and wasting as little product as possible.

Payment Policy

• I request a 50% non-refundable deposit in advance, and the rest by day of the event.

• My point of sale system (Square□) will automatically send a request for the deposit and periodically send reminders for the remaining balance due.

Payments

Your payment is only released to the chef by our platform after they have satisfactorily catered to your event.

Pay your share and split the cost with your guests. We'll organize individual payments and make rounding up the group a little easier.

Pay 10% now, and the remainder will be auto-charged to your payment method, 1 month prior to your event date. Available when your event is more than 5 weeks away.

Cancellations and Refunds

This rarely happens as we have safeguards in place. We take every event seriously, and our team reflects every time we miss the mark to improve our processes. Our chefs are carefully vetted and incentivised not to cancel your booking.

If the chef is no longer able to make your event, we will seek to find you a replacement chef.

All money paid will be automatically credited to your wallet for rebooking a new chef. If a suitable replacement is not found or should you choose not to rebook, your full payment will be refunded to your card.

If more than 7 days are left for your event, we will offer a full refund.

If your event is less than 7 days away, we offer no refund as the chef has bought groceries, started prepping, and has limited options to replace your booking.

FAQs

Yes our chefs can bring waiters, although this might be at an extra cost depending on your booking size. Please mention wanting a waiter in the comments section or message your chef about it. The sooner you ask the better.

Your chef will usually arrive a couple of hours before the serving time to prepare, though it’s always best to confirm the exact time directly with them, as it can vary depending on the menu and number of diners.

Speak to your chef to confirm dietary requirements. Our chefs are professionals and will adapt their menu where possible or provide an alternate option.

No, unless otherwise specified, you will need to provide basic equipment and enough cutlery & crockery for all of your guests (plates, forks, spoons, serving platter, etc.). The chef will arrive with the groceries and use your kitchen equipment and facilities.
