Chef Carlotta was born in Italy and is passionate about all things nutrition. She worked and trained as a chef for 3 years in a restaurant in Sardinia called 'Antica Cagliari', after which she moved to London and worked as a personal chef for UHNW clients. She is a student of nutrition as she knows well-being and food to be intricately linked. Her food is delicious, especially the Italian recipes passed down in her family are to die for. Her father and grandfather played a big role in igniting her lifelong passion for food and cooking.
