Chef Andrew is a 26-year-old Head Chef from Northern Ireland. Andrew grew up in Lisburn, outside of Belfast, and has also lived in London and Herefordshire. Andrew's style is based around classic cookery using familiar flavours but with a modern flair, and his inspirations come from his travels. He got his start in the industry as Front of House at 15 but quickly realised he wanted to be in the kitchen. He has worked at Wine and Brine, Moira (where he won a Bib Gourmand), Bullitt Hotel, Taylor and Clay restaurant (part of the opening team which won accolades), Hide in Mayfair, London (where he was part of the opening team which was the biggest opening in London and won a Michelin star), and Pensons, Netherwood Estate, Herefordshire (part of the opening team which won a star within a few months).
