Sam is absolutely incredible. He arrived on time and was immediately in control of the kitchen. He'd checked in advance what kitchen equipment our rented accommodation provided - ensuring he had everything he needed. He was super-personable, talking to the group when we popped in to say Hi. It didnt faze him nor distract from the task he was currently doing. The food was amazing.....!! He is a truly incredible Chef!

David was utterly fabulous. The communication in advance was great, he really took heed of suggestions and worked with us to make the menu perfect. He arrived early and very kindly let my daughter watch him prep the food (she's cooking obsessed!) He served a delicious meal and cleared up beautifully afterwards as well.

Hollie & her food were incredible. Every dish was delicious, in particular the lamb. The desserts were my personal favourite! We had 22 guests and everyone loved the food. On the night, Hollie was super friendly and the guests all loved her. Hollie was communicative and engaging leading up to the event to help ensure the event was exactly how I wanted and adjusted the menu to my requests perfectly. The kitchen was left spotless. Hollie went above and beyond.
