Before indulging into each course, Chef Jay introduced the dish, its history and even gave us some fantastic cooking tips. We would highly recommend Chef Jay for your next dinner party!

Carl and his menu/food were phenomenal. He catered for a garden party/BBQ for 25. His food was wonderful, everyone absolutely loved it and there were many dishes to choose from. Carl was so lovely to have with us too, he was very professional and friendly. He also sets all the food up beautifully with his own bowls etc and takes everything back to clean after. The food, setup and clean up was seamless. I would 100% rebook and highly recommend Carl to anyone looking for a chef.
