Carl was absolutely exceptional. We hosted an intimate dinner for four and Carl was great. We were looking for a meal that would represent English produce in a fun and different way, and Carl certainly delivered that. All the guests were exceptionally impressed but more importantly had their bellies filled with delicious food!

Chef Adam was great - amiable, polite and very professional. He was with us for 4 hours cooking and serving a 4 course fine dining meal for 10 adults and fresh pizzas for 6 children. His food was delicious and I would have no problem recommending him to friends and family.
