The canapés were thoughtfully curated, with incredible flavors and something for everyone, even new tastes I hadn’t experienced before. His attention to quality and detail is exceptional, and he took the time to explain each dish. This was a luxurious culinary experience, we were all so impressed and delighted with Chef Fouad! He was very accommodating with our menu options, arrived promptly, cooked us some superb dishes from start to end (still thinking about that duck!) and left the kitchen spotlessly clean. He also packed us plenty of leftovers which we are happily having over the next few days. We would definitely be rebooking with Chef Fouad again & would highly recommend!
