Payment Escrow Service

Your payment is only released to the chef by our platform, after they have satisfactorily catered to your event. You have until 12pm the following day of your event to raise any issues.

Chef Cancellation Protection

In the unlikely event that a Chef needs to cancel your Booking within 2 days of the event, we will find you a different Chef or we’ll refund you 100%

Customer Cancellation Refund

Your booking amount is 100% refundable if you cancel upto 7 days before the event date

Chef Insurance Cover

yhangry ensures all chefs are fully insured. So in the incredibly unlikely event that you, your guests or your property are damaged as a result of the chef’s actions, you’ll be covered up to £5 million

Get-What-You-Booked Guarantee

If you find that you booked something that wasn’t provided, be it a food option, or a service option – you have until 12pm the following day of your event to report it and we’ll look into it and issue a partial refund suitable to the issue
