We had Chef Fabio cater a private event for us last weekend and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was genuinely 10/10, easily one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The whole team were so warm, polite and professional, and it was a lovely touch that they came out to explain each course as it was served. They were also incredibly accommodating, happily adapting the service so we could enjoy the beautiful weather and eat outside.

We had an incredible experience! He was warm, engaging, and made everyone feel at ease, sharing stories that made the evening even more special. Every dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of authentic flavor using local ingredients. Transported me to Italy. He even surprised my husband with a thoughtful birthday dessert. Graham prepared a wonderful 3 course meal for 15 people. He is clearly passionate about his food, how it is sourced locally and the quality of every course was exeptional; many different elements on the plates, each with distinctive and complementary flavours. All in all a wonderful experience and we cannot rate him more highly.

Timothy was a last minute replacement for a cancellation for our friend's hen do. We were very grateful for him filling in and keeping the menu the same. The food was really delicious especially the chicken and the brownies got great reviews, portions sizes were great (we had lots of leftovers). Fee was reasonable... would recommend!
