When do we charge your payment method?

What can I be charged for?

You will only be charged for any unpaid balances that are due before the event. For example:

  • if you’ve secured a chef for a date and have not paid the remaining balance; 
  • if you have added guests or dishes on the day of the event;
  • any other service decided with the chef but unpaid for.

What is the process?

The chef usually sends you a payment link via messages. We encourage you to pay any outstanding balances before the event, but if necessary, we may charge your payment method for any unpaid balances. 

What if I don’t agree?

If you believe there has been a mistake, please drop us an e-mail at: info@yhangry.com and we will re-evaluate the issue.
