I cannot recommend Chef Andrew enough! His communication throughout was fantastic, lovely and clear and helpful. Nothing was a problem and everything was under control. On the night, Andy and Oliver turned up on time, and were absolutely fabulous - the food was amazing, absolutely delicious, I’ve been telling everyone about it! And then the kitchen was left spotless as though they were never there. Can’t recommend enough!

Chef Josh delivered a textbook-level interactive culinary experience! He engaged all the kids brilliantly, making them feel like real chefs and turning the evening into an unforgettable cooking show. The food was absolutely outstanding—the starters were wonderful, and the main courses were cooked to perfection. On top of that, the portion sizes were incredibly generous. We couldn't have asked for a better private dining experience and will 100% book Josh again next time!

Jose was a life saver! Helped source fresh, high quality ingredients for me with great local recommendations and collaborated on the menu and prep before the big day. During the party, he grilled up delicious tomahawks, skirt steak, salmon and came with delicious prepared sides. He was flexible in working with the venue which was on a beach and not your typical controlled environment. All my guests commented that the food was delicious and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Chef Mathew was incredible from start to finish, he is definitely one to watch. His passion for food, creativity and ambition was incredible. His food wowed all 7 of us, it blew our minds at how delicious the food was. We’ve eaten at some of the best restaurants and we all agreed that chef Mathews food was better than a lot of those experiences. He was polite, professional and personable, just perfect!

As soon as Georgina arrived we knew we were in good hands. She was warm and friendly. The food and presentation were high quality, we liked the fact she uses fresh local ingredients. The portion sizes exceeded expectations, the leftover vegetables were enough to feed us the next day.Well done Georgina you made our anniversary really special. The kitchen was left spotless. Chef Collen was fantastic for our private event, he catered for 31 people for two birthday events in Wooler, Northumbria. He created a bespoke menu and everyone single guest was very impressed with his service and such amazing food! He was amazing in the kitchen and left the place so clean and spick and span.
