We hired Chef Sal for my friend's bachelorette, and he did an incredible job! Communication was great leading up to the dinner, and we were very impressed by the Mediterranean-inspired menu he generated. Each course was delicious (lots of folks were raving about the dishes and the beautiful presentation), and he left the kitchen super clean and bagged up all the trash. Could not have asked for a better private dining experience.

I booked Ryan for a private meal for two for my Wife's birthday. I can not recommend him enough. Ryan's communication was great throughout, providing a menu based on my wife's likes. Ryan was flexible when work commitments required a change of date. On the day, Ryan was timely and well-mannered. His food was absolutely superb - probably the best I have ever had! He was highly engaging, with many interesting stories. The kitchen was left spotless. Would recommend Ryan to anyone!
