Fabio was also very accommodating with timings of our children going to bed before we ate. He was so friendly, professional and engaging, it was really comfortable having him in the home with us. Where do I start… he’s calming friendly approach makes you feel so relaxed, he got on with it even after I didn’t have the some basic items in the kitchen! He told me not to worry! Secure payment & protection
At Yhangry, all payments are securely held in escrow until after your event. This ensures your funds are protected, minimizing any risks. Whether your concern is a no-show chef or a bad experience, pay securely through the platform for peace of mind.
Public liability insurance cover
Any accidents, caused by the chef during an event booked on the yhangry platform is covered by our public liability policy. We’ve made it our mission to give you peace of mind.
BNPL or split the bill with your guests
If you are booking your event more than 5 weeks in advance, you can pay a 10% deposit or use our split bill feature instead of making the full payment upfront.
Flexible cancellation policy
If a chef cancels, we will help you find a new chef and if that’s not possible you will receive a full refund, no need to worry about losing any money. If you need to cancel, you will get a 100% refund until 7 days before your event.
