Job details
Hi there, looking for an italian menu.
The event is actually a wedding in our house, I am thinking of canapes, 2 starters each, 1 main and a desert but offering guests a choice of two options for the main course (via wedding the invites) before hand.
Our kitchen is large and there will be staff here to help you with cleaning up etc.
We are going to need serving staff but I think I will sort that myself.
