Recipe: Vegan Sausage Roll

Instructions:

Ingredients: 100g butternut Sage 30g chestnuts 1 small garlic clove 10g of parsley, chopped 100g Jus-Rol Gluten Free Puff Pastry Salt & pepper to taste Dry chilli to taste (not hot) 1.Dice & Bake squash until soft then mash 2.Chop and slice sage & chestnuts 3.Mix all ingredients 4.Unroll the pastry and cut in half lengthways to make 2 long strips. Halve the mix and lay each half along the long edge of one of the pastry strips in a thin sausage shape. 5.Tightly roll up the mix in the pastry, finishing with the join underneath. 6.Press lightly to seal the join. Brush all over with the olive and sprinkle with the poppy seeds 7.Space the rolls out on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30-35 mins, until golden, crispy and cooked through. 8.Rest for 5 mins before cutting & serving
