Recipe: Szechuan Tofu & Pak Choi Stir Fry

Instructions:

stir fry tofu and vegetables over very high heat ( fry them separately if many portions at the same time). Mix the rest of ingredients and pour in the pan to glaze the mixture. Garnish with a pinch of sesame seeds. serves 6


Ingredients

  • firm tofu : 900 g
  • chilli flakes : 4 spice
  • chinese five spice : 5 spice
  • dark soy sauce : 30 ml
  • hoisin sauce : 30 ml
  • honey : 15 ml
  • pak choi : 6 g
  • red onion : 1 g
  • rice vinegar : 15 ml
  • shaoxing rice wine : 20 ml
  • sesame seeds : 20 g
  • spring onion bunch : 1 package
  • szechuan pepper : 3 g
  • garlic clove : 2 g
