Recipe: Squash & Cabbage Sabzi

Instructions:

Heat up 2 tbsp of oil with nigella and mustard seeds until they start popping then stir in minced garlic and ginger for a few seconds. Add diced chunky squash and shredded cabbage with salt, spices and a splash of water. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10-12 min. Serve hot. serves 6

  • ground turmeric : 2 spice
  • butternut squash : 600 g
  • chilli powder : 3 spice
  • fresh ginger : 20 g
  • garam masala : 4 spice
  • ground coriander : 4 spice
  • lemon : 1 g
  • mustard seeds : 10 g
  • nigella seed : 10 g
  • white cabbage : 400 g
  • garlic clove : 2 g
