Recipe: Spicy Prawn Kushiyaki

Instructions:

Spike 2 prawns at a time on a skewer. Blend the rest of the ingredients and rub the prawns with it. Grill and serve right away. serves 6

  • fish sauce : 20 ml
  • fresh coriander : 10 g
  • lemongrass : 1 package
  • lime : 1 whole
  • raw king prawns : 300 g
  • skewers : 1 package
  • thai red curry paste : 30 g
