Recipe: Spiced Fried Cabbage - Serves Four

Instructions:

Ingredients 1 teaspoon veg oil 1 teaspoon sesame oil 5g ginger 2 head cabbage 3 tsp chili flakes 4 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten free salt and pepper to taste Equipment: Large mixing bowl Frying pan Recipe Description: Heat the oils in a large pan or wok set over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Stir in the cabbage and cook, stirring constantly, until the cabbage is just tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in the chili, garlic and soy sauce (or tamari). Season to taste
