Recipe: Sesame Soy Glazed Meatballs

Instructions:

ALLERGENS: soya, cereals containing gluten, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, mustard Ingredients: 300ml Soy sauce 10g ginger 10ml sesame oil 5ml rice vinegar 50ml sweet chilli 1 tsp Red chilli flakes 50ml Veg oil 700g beef mince 1 white onion 1tbs sesame seeds 2 mixed chillies 1 garlic cloves Equipment: Medium pot 2 large frying pans Recipe Description: The sauce Add all the ingredients in a pot and reduce by half (to a sticky icky stage lol ) The beef Open the beef mince add minced white onion, chilli, garlic clove Make 20 balls Add to hot oil cook browning the meatballs till fully cooked to above 75’c Add the glaze finish with few sesame seeds

  • minced beef : 700 g
  • rice vinegar : 5 ml
  • sesame oil : 10 ml
  • sweet chilli sauce : 5 g
  • vegetable oil : 50 ml
  • sesame seeds : 5 g
  • green chillies : 5 g
  • white onion : 115 g
  • garlic clove : 6 g
