Recipe: Mini Pavlovas With Mango And Passion Fruit
Instructions:
Finely dice mango and let it macerate with a tbsp of sugar and a tbsp of lime juice for about 20min. Top each nest with whipped cream then dice mango and freshly scooped passion fruit. Garnish with a raspberry and fresh mint. serves 6
