Season the meat , salt,pepper, honey, lemon juice,1tsp each of the spices and let it marinate for 30 min. In the meantime soak the skewers in water, then spike the lamb on them. Grill the kebabs on a skillet (or BBQ) over medium heat. Mix the yogurt with chopped mint and coriander, salt and a splash of lemon. Serve hot with the yogurt on the side. serves 6
